About the role

This permanent, full-time position is based in Hyderabad and involves travel as required by business needs. The selected candidate will develop HEVA communication materials, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters and slide decks. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, healthcare professionals and product teams to communicate HEVA evidence effectively. The position also includes managing publication processes, developing therapeutic-area expertise and mentoring junior writers.

Responsibilities

• Creating HEVA communication deliverables according to strategic objectives and timelines.
• Developing manuscripts, abstracts, posters and presentation materials.
• Managing core HEVA communication and publication processes.
• Ensuring content follows relevant publication standards.
• Developing and maintaining expertise in assigned therapeutic areas.
• Reviewing scientific content prepared by junior writers.
• Coaching and mentoring junior HEVA writers.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across different teams and functions.
• Engaging with healthcare professionals regarding publication content.
• Supporting implementation of regional publication plans.
• Using stakeholder and user feedback to improve content delivery.
• Identifying innovative approaches to strengthen HEVA value communications.

Eligibility Criteria

• An advanced degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
• More than 4 years of experience creating content within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or academia.
• Relevant training or experience in health economics, public health or epidemiology.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in scientific communication, medical writing or healthcare evidence communication.
