About the role

A fantastic opportunity has opened for experienced medical writing professionals as Sanofi is hiring a Team Lead – Scientific Writing in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Create synergies and provide functional and operational direction to assigned therapeutic areas (TA) and processes.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the TA Scientific Communication lead.
• Lead a team of expert and senior writers, coaching and developing their skills.
• Provide input to publication and communication plans and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain expertise in therapeutic areas and key industry trends.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to enhance communication content.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in content creation for the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or academia.
• More than 6 years of experience in a leadership role with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Advanced degree in healthcare or a similar discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in scientific communications and medical writing.
• Experience in publication planning and project management.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
