About the role
Responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Manage daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to staff members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Manage conflicts and resolve issues within the team
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and community partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant healthcare experience
- Current licensure/certification in relevant field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with healthcare regulatory compliance
