About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused driver to operate a 26-foot box truck across the Walton, KY area. You will collect sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare customer locations and deliver a high level of customer service daily. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, stable hours, access to overtime, and good benefits. Responsibilities
- Collect, deliver, and store medical waste containers at customer sites
- Provide professional, courteous service and build positive customer relationships
- Operate box trucks safely in all conditions
- Complete routes on time and communicate delays or issues as they arise
- Load and unload containers; organize your truck and day to meet your schedule
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues immediately
- Follow DOT regulations, log hours correctly, and support roadside inspections
- Work with dispatch and teammates to resolve route or customer problems
- Own up to mistakes, report incidents accurately, and follow through on fixes
Requirements
- Delivery experience within any industry involving manual handling (advantageous but not mandatory)
- Willingness to work full-time hours (~40 hours per week)
- Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
- Passing our 7-year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Flexible, can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
- Experience operating vehicles safely (up to 26-foot box trucks)
- Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections
- Confidence in handling roadside checks (Level 1 through Level 3)
- Proven longevity in past employment

Pay
$23.50 per hour (non-negotiable rate).
Schedule
Full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week). Monday–Friday, 1st shift with a 5:30 AM start time.
