Medical Technologist - Part Time - Evening Shift

About the role

Join a clinical laboratory team responsible for performing and reporting routine and complex analyses, directly impacting patient diagnosis and treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting chemical analyses of body fluids such as blood, urine, spinal fluids, and gastric juices to determine normal and abnormal components.
  • Analyzing blood cells through microscopic techniques, including counting and identifying cells.
  • Ensuring proper operation of analyzers and laboratory equipment by calibrating, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and maintaining inventories.
  • Evaluating new equipment and techniques to improve laboratory processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Associate’s in Medical Lab Technology.
  • Certification eligibility (MT-ASCP or MLT-ASCP) with the goal to achieve certification within the first year.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
