Medical Technologist - Part Time

Role: Medical Technologist Responsibilities: Conduct accurate laboratory testing, analyze proficiency samples, assume departmental duties in absence of supervisor, complete patient result documentation, perform stat procedures, interpret patient results with good judgment, review logs, resolve workload issues, and handle quality control and critical specimens. Qualifications: Associate Degree (required), Bachelor's Degree (preferred), at least 1 year of experience (preferred), valid Florida Technologist License or ability to obtain one, and licensure in clinical specialties such as generalist, blood bank, serology, chemistry, hematology, or microbiology. Skills: Strong analytical abilities, independent judgment, knowledge of laboratory procedures, and familiarity with quality control protocols.
