Medical Technologist (MT)

We are seeking a Medical Technologist (MT) to perform accurate and timely laboratory testing across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced hospital setting. Responsibilities Include Conducting routine and complex tests in Blood Bank, Microbiology, Hematology, Chemistry, and Urinalysis Analyzing, verifying, and reporting results per protocols Maintaining quality control and instrument upkeep Communicating critical results to clinical teams Providing coverage in various lab areas as needed Qualifications And Skills MT/MLS ASCP certification and bachelor's degree Blood Bank and generalist experience, including Microbiology Minimum of 1 year clinical lab experience Ability to work independently and adapt to workload changes Flexibility to float between departments; no block scheduling This role requires: a reliable, experienced generalist capable of supporting patient care through precise lab work.
