About the role
Performs and interprets analysis on patient specimens using complex laboratory techniques.
Provides medical staff with information to aid in patient diagnosis.

Responsibilities
- Performs complex laboratory tests on patient specimens.
- Interprets test results and communicates findings to medical staff.
- Collaborates with medical professionals to ensure accurate patient diagnoses.
- Maintains accurate records and documentation of all testing procedures and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Up to 3 years of clinical laboratory experience as a certified MLS/MT or equivalent.
- Current certification as MT/MLS or categorical certification through ASCP or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment and techniques.
