All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law. We need to remove EEO boilerplate, legal, etc. Also remove "About us" maybe not needed? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the EEO statements and the "About us" paragraph? The "About us" is not necessarily EEO but could be considered boilerplate? It's describing the organization; might be considered okay to keep? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The "About us" paragraph is not EEO but is descriptive about the organization. Might be okay to keep? However, they said "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The "About us" is not explicitly listed, but could be considered boilerplate? Usually they'd want to keep mission description? Not sure. The "Position Highlights and Benefits:" includes mission statement etc. That seems relevant. The later "About us" paragraph repeats mission etc. Might be duplicate. We can keep the mission statement from Position Highlights and Benefits and drop the later About us as duplicate. Also need to include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. - About the role: maybe a brief description of the role: "As a Medical Technologist II you will: Perform routine and specialized procedures, review and approve clinical test results for use in the diagnosis and treatment of patients in accordance with established protocol for a laboratory performing high complexity procedures as defined by the standards of the Clinical laboratory Improvement Act of 1988. Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital." That seems like role description. - Responsibilities: Could be the list of duties: "Perform routine and specialized procedures, review and approve clinical test results for use in the diagnosis and treatment of patients in accordance with established protocol for a laboratory performing high complexity procedures as defined by the standards of the Clinical laboratory Improvement Act of 1988." Might be same as above. But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we treat the first sentence as About the role, and responsibilities as bullet list of duties: maybe also "Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital." Could be a responsibility. But we need to follow instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we have multiple duties, we list them. From text: "As a Medical Technologist II you will: Perform routine and specialized procedures, review and approve clinical test results for use in the diagnosis and treatment of patients in accordance with established protocol for a laboratory performing high complexity procedures as defined by the standards of the Clinical laboratory Improvement Act of 1988. Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital." That's basically two duties: perform routine and specialized procedures, review and approve clinical test results... ; supports mission. We could make a
      with two
    • . - Requirements: maybe the qualifications? Actually there is a "Minum Qualifications" section with many bullet-like options. That seems like qualifications. Could be Requirements vs Qualifications overlapping. The instruction says we can have sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what to put where. We have: Minimum Qualifications (spelled Minum) includes three alternative pathways: 1. BS in Clinical Laboratory Technology (Medical Technology), biological, chemical or related science; and satisfactory completion of a clinical laboratory educational rotation. 2. Baccalaureate degree from regionally accredited college/university including courses in biological science, chemistry and mathematics –and- successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Medical Technologist program. 3. Baccalaureate degree from regionally accredited college/university, including 16 semester hours (24 quarter hours) of biological science (with one semester in microbiology), 16 semester hours (24 quarter hours) of chemistry, one semester (one quarter) of mathematics, -and- one year of full time acceptable clinical laboratory experience in Blood Banking, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Immunology and/or Clinical Microscopy within the last ten years. Clinical rotations or professional experience must be under the supervision of a pathologist (certified by the American Board of Pathology) or an appropriately board certified medical scientist and a certified medical technologist. Then: "New Graduate to 5 years of experience in Clinical Laboratory Setting." Then: "Current or eligible ASCP, AMT, or NCA certification as a Medical Technologist desirable but not necessary with documented training and education. Can consider previously certified Medical Technologists, who met the credentialing requirements by the Department of Health Education and Welfare (HEW certified MT)." Then: "General knowledge of laboratory methodologies, interpretation of results, and quality assurance;" Then: "Have completed a accredited internship in all areas of the laboratory that the employee is to be responsible for or have documented / traceable on the job training in an accredited laboratory." Then: "Ability to work in harmony with personnel to build team driven customer service;" Then: "Demonstrates basic computer literacy;" Then: "Demonstrates comprehension, skill and command of oral and written English language" These could be considered Skills or Requirements. We need to decide sections: - About the role: brief paragraph describing role (maybe the first sentence about performing routine etc.) - Responsibilities: list of duties (maybe the same as above but we can split: "Perform routine and specialized procedures, review and approve clinical test results..." and "Supports the Mission..."). - Requirements: maybe the experience/education requirements (the three pathways, New Graduate to 5 years experience, certification desirable). Could be considered Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe the specific qualifications like degree, certification, etc. But there is overlap. Perhaps we treat Requirements as the experience/education pathways, and Qualifications as the knowledge/skills (lab methodologies, internship, teamwork, computer literacy, English). Or we could swap. - Skills: maybe the abilities like computer literacy, communication, teamwork. - Benefits: from Position Highlights and Benefits: comprehensive benefit packages, medical, dental, vision, mental health, paid time off, 403B, education assistance, voluntary benefits, work/life balance with flexible schedules, free onsite parking, mission/core values, referral rewards program. - Pay: Pay range $29.86 - $43.34, plus note about based on experience etc. - Schedule: Part Time: 20 hours per week, Day Shift. Also there is a $10,000 Retention Bonus to external candidates who meet the minimum requirements. That's a benefit? Could be included in Benefits or maybe as a separate note. Since it's a retention bonus, could be part of Benefits. We'll include it in Benefits. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual numbers. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. Structure:
