About the role
A certified Medical Technologist with the ability to perform routine testing without supervision is needed. This role requires skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and communication within the department and with other areas.
Responsibilities
- Train students and technical/non-technical laboratory employees.
- Perform instrument primary user, accreditation checklist(s), and/or committee/project leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Education: 4-year Bachelors Degree
- Licenses/Certifications: MT (ASCP) or equivalent
- Experience: 1-3 years
Pay
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
