Medical Technologist I - FT, Evenings & Weekends

About the role

The Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist plays a crucial role in the provider care team, assisting with diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patient conditions through technical and scientific knowledge. This position is responsible for performing accurate, precise, and timely laboratory tests and evaluating and reporting test results while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and report test results accurately and promptly.
• Achieve compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards in a World Class Laboratory setting.
• Provide excellent customer service in all internal and external customer interactions.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field.
• MLT certification or equivalent.
• 3 years of acceptable clinical laboratory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a full-time, 40-hour per week schedule.
• Evening and weekend availability.
