Responsibilities

• Perform diverse laboratory tests and analyses following established protocols
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation, with a focus on Beckman Coulter analyzers
• Interpret, record, and report test results accurately and promptly
• Follow strict safety and infection control standards
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to support patient outcomes
• Engage in quality improvement and continuing education initiatives

Requirements

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science
• 2-3 years of recent experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist
• Proficiency with Beckman Coulter equipment, especially the AU system
