Medical Team Manager, RN Experience

About the role

Care Team Manager (RN) exists to lead and support Medical Assistants while providing clinical guidance to ensure care is delivered efficiently, accurately, and with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Medical Assistants, providing real-time support, coaching, and clinical guidance
• Partner closely with providers and care teams to ensure coordinated, efficient, and patient-centered care
• Support clinical decision-making and help guide teams through more complex or sensitive situations
• Identify gaps, remove friction, and optimize workflows to improve how care is delivered
• Ensure care is timely, accurate, and easy to navigate to directly impact member experience
• Increase team performance and care delivery consistently and effectively

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 3+ years of clinical experience (care coordination, triage, case management, or similar preferred)
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to guide care decisions
• Past experience coaching, developing, and leading teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a remote, tech-enabled environment
• A people-first mindset with a passion for helping others
• Must be based in the Phoenix, AZ area or able to reliably commute to an in-person work environment

Pay

$100,000 - $110,000 per year
