About the role
Provides direct patient care in a 43-bed Med/Surg unit as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Promote patient and family-centered healing
- Educate on illness management and medication
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and communicate individualized care plans
- Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers
Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree
- RN license
- Bachelor's degree preferred with less than 2 years of experience
- No supervisor experience required
