About the role
Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Med Surg setting, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Promotes patient and family-centered care
- Educates on illness management
- Participates in safety and quality initiatives
- Develops and documents individualized care plans
- Assesses physical and psychosocial needs
- Communicates effectively across care teams
Qualifications
- Requires an RN license and a nursing diploma or associate's degree
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Less than 2 years of experience preferred
- No supervisory experience necessary
