About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Responsibilities

Follow the nursing process, which includes:

  • Assessment – Demonstrate a systematic, dynamic way to collect and analyze healthcare consumer data, including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
  • Plan – Set measurable and achievable short- and long-term goals according to standards of care based on the assessment, in collaboration with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team.
  • Implement – Implement and/or modify the plan of care using assessment data, clinical reasoning, standards of care, and evidence-based practice. This includes care coordination, education, and discharge planning. The nurse is accountable for care directly, indirectly, or through delegation, following professional and legal standards.
  • Evaluate – Use a systematic, ongoing process to evaluate progress toward identified healthcare consumer goals. Revise the plan of care as needed, involving the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team. Document all phases of the nursing process in the healthcare consumer’s record.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an RN nursing program (required upon hire).
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Nebraska (required upon hire).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – CPR certification (required upon hire).

Pay

$36.00 - $52.20 per hour.

Benefits

  • Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires.
