Job Summary

You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess healthcare consumers by collecting and analyzing psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
• Set measurable and achievable short and long-term goals based on the assessment and standards of care, collaborating with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team.
• Implement the plan of care using assessment data, clinical reasoning based on standards of care and evidence-based practice, including care coordination, education, and discharge planning. Accountable for the care directly, indirectly, or through delegation. Follow professional and legal standards for delegation.
• Evaluate progress towards identified healthcare consumer goals systematically and modify the plan of care when necessary, involving the healthcare consumer and the multidisciplinary team.
• Document all phases of the nursing process in the healthcare consumer's record.

Requirements

• Graduate of an RN nursing program
• Registered Nurse: IA
• Basic Life Support - CPR

Pay

$36.00 - $52.20 /hour
