Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg unit on night shift. Responsibilities Provide safe, evidence-based care to adult medical-surgical patients.Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor complex clinical conditions.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.Educate patients and families about health conditions and care procedures.Support patient discharges, ensuring smooth transitions and understanding of post-discharge care. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure.Strong clinical skills in adult medical-surgical care.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to assess, prioritize, and respond to complex clinical situations.
