Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Med Surg unit Responsibilities Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including assessment, IV therapy, wound care, and discharge teaching.Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and therapists to develop and implement evidence-based care plans for adult patients.Use electronic health records for accurate documentation and medication administration.Support patient safety, quality metrics, and unit initiatives.Mentor and support newer nursing staff. Qualifications & Skills Experience as an RN in a medical-surgical setting.Strong clinical skills in inpatient care and patient education.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.Proficiency with electronic health records and medication safety.Flexibility to work PRN night shifts with a focus on work-life balance.
