About the role

We are seeking a Cardiac Nephrology MedSurg RN to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients with complex cardiac and renal conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive assessments and administering medications and treatments
• Interpreting cardiac and renal monitoring data
• Coordinating multidisciplinary care plans
• Educating patients and families on disease management
• Collaborating closely with physicians and allied health teams
• Upholding safety, infection control, and documentation standards in a fast-paced environment
