About the role
We are seeking a per diem Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (MedSurg RN) to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with diverse medical and post-surgical needs.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient conditions and monitoring health status
- Administering medications and treatments accurately
- Documenting patient care and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supporting patient and family education to promote understanding and recovery
- Following facility protocols for safety, infection prevention, and quality care
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey RN licensure
- Relevant clinical experience in medical-surgical settings
- Dependability, teamwork, and strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible shift assignments and work environments
