Role: Ada Med Surg Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality care to adult patients on a medical-surgical unit.Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor complex conditions.Administer medications and IV therapies using advanced technology and EMR systems.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.Educate patients and families about health conditions and discharge instructions.Support safe discharges and ensure patient understanding and safety.
