About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Surgical Oncology for a full-time, direct-hire position in a Magnet-designated hospital.
Responsibilities
- Caring for post-operative surgical and oncology patients
- Assessing and planning individualized care
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Educating patients and families
- Documenting care via EMR
Qualifications
- Active Indiana RN license or eligibility
- ASN or BSN
- BLS certification
- At least one year of acute care RN experience
Preferred experience
- Medical-surgical nursing
- Oncology
- Post-operative care
- Telemetry
- Acute care hospital settings
Schedule
12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 36 hours/week, with rotating weekends and holidays.
Pay
$30.28–$45.42/hour with higher pay for BSN candidates, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
