Role: Assistant Nurse Manager for the Med/Surg unit, providing leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Partner with the Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations, staff coordination, and clinical workflows.Serve as a visible clinical leader at the bedside to support nursing staff.Mentor and support nurses in evidence-based practices and professional development.Monitor and improve quality and safety metrics to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and culturally competent work environment.Assist in staffing optimization and staff development initiatives.
