Medical-Surgical Nurse Manager

Role: Nurse Manager for an Orthopedic & Spine Medical Surgical Unit Responsibilities Oversees daily clinical operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care for post-operative orthopedic and spine patients. Supervises and mentors nursing staff, manages schedules, and coordinates multidisciplinary care. Drives evidence-based practices, monitors quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Optimizes workflows and resources to enhance operational efficiency. Leads clinical innovation, staff development, and continuous performance improvement to achieve exceptional outcomes.
