Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery.
- Work well with the surgical and nursing team to communicate details while paying close attention to the emotional and informational needs of the patient.
- Provide individualized, comprehensive care, make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and implement patient care plans.
- Collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.
- Possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by enthusiasm to help others.
- Show a sense of urgency and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the State of Arkansas.
- 6 months of acute care experience is required (new graduates or nurses with no acute care experience are hired through our residency training program).
- BLS through the American Heart Association is required.
