Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Oversee a department of frontline nurses caring for patients.
- Serve as a mentor and coach.
- Achieve departmental budgets and goals.
- Communicate a shared vision, mission, and values within the department.
- Facilitate ongoing problem-solving to achieve desired quality outcomes.
- Maintain knowledge and competence in areas of management and clinical practice.
- Ensure flexibility between management and clinical roles.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of a RN nursing program, upon hire.
- Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire.
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 6 - months.
