Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Oversee a department of frontline nurses caring for patients.
• Serve as a mentor and coach.
• Achieve departmental budgets and goals.
• Communicate a shared vision, mission, and values within the department.
• Facilitate ongoing problem-solving to achieve desired quality outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge and competence in areas of management and clinical practice.
• Ensure flexibility between management and clinical roles.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a RN nursing program, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 6 - months.
