Medical Supply Support II with Security Clearance

Clearance required: Secret.

Responsibilities

• Monitor medications available to medics and Independent Duty Corpsman (IDC)
• Build Authorized Medical Allowance List (AMAL) kits
• Maintain files and generate reports for the Commanding Officer
• Inventory, receive, and properly stow all medical materials
• Function as a requestor for all medical open purchase materials
• Schedule maintenance within the Preventative Maintenance System (PMS) computer program and document maintenance as completed
• Maintain HIPAA compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience with a vast inventory of pharmaceuticals, surgical equipment, and inventory database systems such as SWALIS/DPAS, BIZFLOW, or NSW Special Information Fast Tracker (SWIFT)
• Ability to lift supplies and equipment weighing up to 85 lbs
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
