About the role

Our client is a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote field-based sales role will focus on driving product utilization across key accounts in the Allergy/Immunology and ENT markets. The position will partner closely with healthcare professionals, regional teams, and home office stakeholders to advance customer needs and support broader brand strategy in a complex specialty environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep specialty sales experience, strong market insight, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships that support growth across multiple territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and execute tactics to increase product utilization in key accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in Allergy/Immunology and ENT areas
• Collaborate with regional and home office teams to meet customer needs
• Analyze market dynamics to support brand and corporate strategies
• Engage in industry events to promote sales success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required
• At least 2 years of experience in Immunology and/or ENT markets or similar specialty markets
• Experience in Allergy/Immunology/Otolaryngology preferred
• Proven track record of sales success in complex market environments

Pay

$154,743 – $209,358 annually
