About the role

As a Home Health Aide at Amedisys, you will provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Help patients with meals and nutrition
• Monitor and record patient health and medication schedules
• Support patients with mobility and transfers
• Communicate with healthcare providers to update treatment plans

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
