Position Summary
As a Blackbird Medical Services Manager, you will lead a team while providing clinical care to your caseload. You will oversee operations, supervise therapists, support staff development, and manage caseloads. You'll also coordinate PTO, address patient and family concerns, collaborate with HR, and build relationships with local pediatric practices for referrals. How You'll Make an Impact
- Oversee Clinical Operations: Ensure quality standards are met across the team, monitoring performance, productivity, and patient outcomes.
- Supervise and Mentor Medical Services Clinicians: Build productive caseloads, support professional development, and provide ongoing clinical guidance.
- Provide Training: Onboard new team members on clinical model, evidence-based practices, and documentation standards.
- Deliver High-Quality Medical Services: Provide evidence-based medical management, conduct new patient evaluations, diagnostic reviews, and follow-up visits, serving as a clinical role model.
- Drive Patient Progress: Monitor patient progress against care goals, adjust treatment plans as needed, and address patient concerns through direct outreach and clinician coaching.
- Collaborate for Integrated Care: Work with other specialty providers to establish integrated treatment plans addressing the whole child, involving and advising family members or outside specialists as appropriate.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop partnerships with pediatric practices for referral development and community engagement, managing student clinical rotations with Medical Services Directors.
- Support Team Growth: Collaborate on recruitment and retention efforts to strengthen clinical teams and foster a positive work environment.
The Basics You'll Need
- Current license in PA/NJ/MD/VA—minimum of 1 at the start, with cross licensure in multiple states.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a licensed CRNP, 1 year with Blackbird.
- Ability to work in person occasionally for urgent coverage (e.g., onsite physical assessments).

Salary Range
$140,000 USD - $150,000 USD
