Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

About the role

We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and clinical communications professionals to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for the life sciences space. Your scientific expertise will directly shape how AI understands, interprets, and communicates complex medical and clinical information — making a real impact on the future of healthcare AI.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness
• Apply your expertise in clinical data, trial evidence, and regulatory materials to identify errors, gaps, or misleading outputs
• Validate that complex biomedical information is accurately represented and communicated at the right level for healthcare professional audiences
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help improve AI model outputs across medical and life-science topics
• Support scientific integrity across AI datasets and training content
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications
• Hands-on experience engaging with healthcare professionals in a field-based or externally facing role (e.g., MSL, clinical educator, scientific advisor)
• Strong ability to interpret and critically evaluate clinical publications, trial data, and regulatory documents
• Skilled at translating complex medical information into clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate language
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific accuracy and integrity
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on remote, task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with medical writing, publication planning, or HCP communication strategies
• Exposure to pharmacovigilance, medical information, or evidence-based medicine frameworks
