About the role

Your clinical knowledge is more valuable than ever — not just in the field, but in shaping how AI understands medicine. We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and medical affairs professionals to help evaluate, validate, and improve AI systems being trained on biomedical and clinical content. This is a unique opportunity to apply your scientific expertise in a new frontier: ensuring that AI gets the medicine right.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for healthcare professional audiences
  • Interpret clinical trial data, research publications, and regulatory materials to assess whether AI outputs reflect current evidence and standards
  • Identify scientific errors, misleading claims, or gaps in medical reasoning within AI responses
  • Validate scientific narratives and ensure AI-generated content meets the standards expected in medical affairs and HCP communications
  • Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI model quality across biomedical datasets
  • Apply your field-based MSL experience to assess how well AI communicates complex science to clinical audiences

Requirements

  • Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications with hands-on experience engaging healthcare professionals
  • Strong ability to critically interpret clinical data, journal publications, and regulatory documents
  • Experience in a field-facing medical role — MSL, clinical educator, scientific advisor, or similar
  • Clear, precise written communication skills when translating complex science for diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on asynchronous, task-based assignments

Qualifications

  • Nice to have: prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality review systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools or AI-generated content workflows
  • Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) in a biomedical or life science discipline
  • Therapeutic area expertise in oncology, rare disease, immunology, or other specialty fields
