About the role

Your clinical expertise is more valuable than ever — not just in the field, but in shaping how AI understands medicine. We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and clinical science professionals to help evaluate, validate, and improve AI systems working with complex biomedical and clinical content. Your deep knowledge of clinical data, healthcare communication, and medical affairs will directly influence the accuracy and reliability of next-generation AI in the life sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for healthcare professional audiences
  • Interpret and assess how AI handles clinical trial data, real-world evidence, safety information, and regulatory materials
  • Validate scientific narratives and ensure medical content meets the standards expected in medical affairs and HCP communication
  • Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI systems better understand and communicate complex biomedical information
  • Apply your MSL perspective to identify gaps, inaccuracies, or miscommunications in AI-generated scientific content

Requirements

  • Current or former Medical Science Liaison, clinical educator, medical affairs professional, or scientific advisor
  • Strong ability to interpret clinical publications, trial data, and regulatory documents
  • Experienced communicating complex medical and scientific information to healthcare professionals
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
  • Familiar with the standards and rigor expected in medical communications

Qualifications

  • Nice to have: Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality review workflows
  • Brief background in a specific therapeutic area (oncology, cardiology, rare disease, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation
