About the role

We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and clinical communications professionals to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on biomedical and clinical content. Your scientific expertise will directly shape how AI understands, interprets, and communicates complex medical information — making a real impact on the future of healthcare AI.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical and biomedical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriate use of evidence
  • Audit how well AI systems interpret clinical trial data, medical publications, and regulatory materials
  • Validate scientific narratives and flag errors, oversimplifications, or misleading medical claims
  • Provide structured expert feedback to help improve the quality and reliability of AI outputs in life-science contexts
  • Apply your understanding of healthcare professional (HCP) communication standards to evaluate how effectively AI conveys scientific information
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications
  • Experience engaging or communicating with healthcare professionals in a field-based or advisory capacity
  • Strong ability to interpret and critically evaluate clinical data, publications, and regulatory documents
  • Prior experience in roles such as Medical Science Liaison, clinical educator, medical writer, or scientific advisor
  • Detail-oriented, thorough, and able to apply consistent scientific judgment at scale
  • No prior AI experience required
  • Nice to have: Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows, Familiarity with AI-generated content or language model outputs, Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field (MD, PharmD, PhD)
