Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

At Alignerr, we partner with leading AI research teams to ensure that medical and scientific knowledge is accurately represented in next-generation AI. As an MSL contributor, you'll apply the same skills you use every day — interpreting clinical data, communicating complex science, and ensuring accuracy — to directly shape how AI understands and communicates medical information.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for healthcare professional audiences
• Interpret clinical trial data, published literature, and regulatory materials — and assess how well AI captures and communicates these accurately
• Validate AI outputs in medical affairs contexts, flagging errors, misrepresentations, or gaps in scientific reasoning
• Develop and refine scientific communication examples that help AI models better understand HCP-facing medical content
• Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves AI model quality in biomedical domains

Who You Are

• Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications with hands-on experience engaging healthcare professionals
• Strong ability to critically evaluate clinical data, publications, and medical evidence
• Experience in a field-based or externally facing medical role — such as Medical Science Liaison, clinical educator, medical advisor, or similar
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote, task-based environment
• Detail-oriented with high standards for scientific integrity

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or AI quality workflows
• Familiarity with regulatory or pharmacovigilance documentation
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas
