Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

About the Role

We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and clinical science professionals to help train and validate AI systems being developed for the life sciences. Your expertise in translating complex clinical data into clear, actionable insights is exactly what's needed to ensure AI gets medical science right.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for accuracy, clarity, and scientific integrity
• Apply your expertise in clinical trial data, medical evidence, and regulatory materials to validate AI outputs
• Identify errors, misrepresentations, or gaps in scientific reasoning within AI-generated responses
• Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI systems better communicate biomedical information
• Support the development of high-quality medical datasets used to train and improve AI models
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications
• Experience engaging healthcare professionals in a field-based or externally facing role (MSL, clinical educator, scientific advisor, or similar)
• Strong ability to interpret clinical publications, trial data, and regulatory materials
• Skilled at translating complex medical information into clear, accurate language
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific accuracy
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality review workflows
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications in life sciences
• Advanced degree in a biomedical or clinical field (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent)
