Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs in academia and the community
- Engage KOLs in meaningful scientific discussions about products
- Initiate relationships with health system stakeholders
- Develop and present scientific materials to external audiences
- Lead discussions at regional meetings and scientific forums
- Ensure all scientific communications align with company strategy
- Act as a scientific resource across departments and provide market insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years' experience in diagnostics or pharma, or relevant advanced degree with fewer years of experience
- 2-5 years of MSL or related medical affairs experience required
- Proven skills in engaging KOLs and delivering scientific presentations
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage territory priorities
