Responsibilities
- Contribute clinical and scientific perspective to local execution plans to improve patient care
- Cultivate relationships with key scientific and medical customers to understand healthcare trends
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the ecosystem to align with the company’s patient-centric strategy
- Provide evidence-based information demonstrating the value of the company products and improve patient outcomes
- Build internal relationships to support local medical strategies and coordinate efforts
- Disseminate relevant disease state and healthcare information to stakeholders
- Support the company’s clinical trials program and provide clinical expertise to enhance site performance
Qualifications
- MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences required
- Understanding of health systems and patient care delivery
- Minimum 2 years experience in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs; CNS experience preferred
- Strong business acumen in industry dynamics and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lead teams strategically and project manage effectively
- Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance issues
Pay
$150,034 – $224,250 annually
