Medical School Admissions Coach

About the role

We are seeking an experienced medical school admissions coach to work with applicants preparing to apply to medical school.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients with school selection and application strategy
• Editing AMCAS application, TMDSAS application, and activities list
• Developing a strong personal statement, secondary essays, and MD PhD essays
• Preparing for the Casper test, multiple mini interview, and traditional interview
• Guiding clients through letters of evaluation, financial aid & scholarships, and waitlist strategy
• Supporting general exploration for clients still narrowing down their path

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the medical school admissions process
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping clients present their strongest candidacy

Qualifications

• Experience with medical school admissions process
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Passion for helping individuals achieve their educational and career goals

Skills

• Strong writing and editing skills
• Knowledge of medical school application processes
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
