A Day in the Life of an Account Manager
Market the Continuous Glucose Monitor unique patient supply service and proprietary technology to diabetes clinicians.
Establish and maintain relationships with clinical caregivers.
Continuously assist the company's referral network to stay apprised of the category's new products and the requirements for insurance coverage of these products.
Perform group and individual presentations on product choices and qualification guidelines to referral sources.
Achieve referral quotas and company objectives.
Maintain compliance with all federal & state regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards and company policies.
Communicating effectively and following through on all commitments and client needs

Comprehensive Training Program
Paid 1-Week Training program held at Prism's corporate office in Elkin, NC
Complimentary accommodations are provided for the duration of the Training Program
Upon completion of the Training Program, Account Managers begin managing a territory
Compensation Package
- Account Managers are provided a base salary, a quarterly bonus and commission structure, plus an expense account package.
- Performance pay is based on the ability to grow business, order volumes, client relationships and meet additional territory goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration
- A proven track record of accomplishments and over achievement
- An outgoing, energetic, and pleasing personality with the demeanor and flexibility to communicate with patients, physicians, nurses, case managers and other professionals
- Ability to handle fast paced environment and multitasking
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
- The discipline to adhere to and operate within a highly regulated industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
