About the Role

Join H-Wave as a Medical Device Sales Professional and Transform Patients’ Lives. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team dedicated to helping people live better lives while also supporting physicians in delivering top-tier care.

Requirements

  • Must reside in San Diego County
  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience
  • Willingness to travel by car 75%+ of the time - typically within a 2-hour radius in any direction
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Occasional air travel (up to 10%) - usually once per quarter for 2–3 nights and a few times per year for sales meetings and company events

Qualifications

For over 40 years the H-Wave electronic stimulation device has been used to reduce medication usage, manage pain, and speed recovery from surgery or injury. We provide physicians in the worker's compensation, auto insurance, VA, and personal injury markets with a more effective drug-free alternative; which helps their patients live a better life and improves the efficiency and success of physician offices with more satisfied patients.

Skills

Must have the ability to identify potential physician partners unfamiliar with H-Wave, schedule presentations, and demonstrate how our technology can transform their practice and patient outcomes. Must understand each physician’s needs, offer tailored solutions, and secure commitments to trial and adopt H-Wave. Must collaborate with physicians and their staff to set up new workflows for identifying patient candidates and placing orders. Must master H-Wave’s technology, best practices, and clinical applications to confidently educate healthcare professionals and patients. Must nurture ongoing partnerships with physician offices, ensuring consistent support, satisfaction, and success in patient care.

Benefits

  • Base salary plus uncapped commission (base salary to increase to $85k when you hit quota for three consecutive months)

Pay

$80k base + uncapped commission (OTE $130k+)

Schedule
