Job Summary

Are you a medical accuracy expert looking to make an impact on high-profile US Medical Affairs initiatives? We are seeking an experienced Medical Reviewer to provide scientific oversight for promotional and non-promotional materials within the Immunology space, specifically focusing on Rheumatology. This opportunity allows you to leverage your clinical knowledge to shape key medical strategies and commercial messaging.

About the Role

This position operates out of a premier state-of-the-art biopharmaceutical campus in Lake County, IL, with the flexibility to work fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight and scientific approval for promotional and medical materials in compliance with corporate guidelines and FDA regulations.
• Collaborate with Medical Leads to align all commercial and non-promotional assets with core medical strategy.
• Deliver scientific expertise to commercial teams to support and validate product promotional claims.
• Act as a cross-functional liaison to integrate the latest medical information into departmental resources.
• Partner across audiences to build, maintain, and share deep therapeutic product expertise.

Qualifications

• Required Skills:
  • Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, or Master's in Biology/Chemistry) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Prior hands-on experience as a Medical Reviewer within Medical Affairs.
  • Proven experience using Veeva PromoMats for medical review processes.
  • Demonstrated experience within the Immunology therapeutic area.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Strong, direct experience within Rheumatology.
  • Expertise in FDA/regulatory compliance for promotional claims and medical communications.
