About the role

We are seeking an experienced medical residency & fellowships coach to support applicants through the complex process of applying to residency and fellowship programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the application and match process, as well as prior coaching or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients with specialty and program selection
• Developing personal statements and essays
• Preparing for interview prep
• Guiding letters of recommendation
• Navigating match strategy, clinical rotations, licensing, financial aid & scholarships
• Reviewing resumes and providing waitlist strategy

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the residency or fellowship application and match process
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience
• A clear, structured approach to helping clients present their strongest candidacy

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Passion for helping others achieve their career and educational goals
