About the role
The Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is seeking individuals who are passionate about public health and willing to contribute their skills and time to support local health initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Participate in community health events and activities
- Assist with disease prevention programs
- Provide emergency medical support as needed
- Contribute to health education campaigns
Requirements
- Current certification in CPR and first aid
- Basic knowledge of public health principles
- Willingness to commit to regular volunteer hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (public health, healthcare, etc.)
- Previous experience in public health or healthcare
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy
