We leverage an AI-native platform to provide personalized support through self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, medication management, and specialty care. Responsibilities

  • Upload records requests and patient authorization forms
  • Process medical record requests and provider letters
  • Build relationships with providers, patients, and internal teams for medical records management
  • Aid members with Mental Health Leaves & Accommodations (MHLA) requests, liaising with providers and third parties as needed
  • Provide weekly metrics on new, in progress, and completed medical records requests
  • Support daily duties including responding to emails, supporting inbound and outbound phone calls, and assisting with patient support tickets
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient PHI while following HIPAA guidelines
  • Process all requests within 24-48 hours of receipt for assigned medical records tickets
  • Monitor incoming requests and report suspicious release requests

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Advanced understanding of medical terminology and HIPAA
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Google Sheets, Google Docs, MS Office
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with new technologies and efficient in tech-related tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and context switch

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in healthcare, medical records, or related field preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

Benefits

Spring Health offers a flexible schedule with the option to work any of the listed shifts, with occasional weekend and holiday work required. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent full-time based on performance and business needs. There are no non-statutory benefits for this role.

Pay

The target base salary range for this position is $20.51 - $25.64. Individual pay may vary based on experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.

Schedule

This is a temporary (contract) position with the opportunity to extend or become permanent full-time based on performance and/or business needs. Flexibility to support occasional shift adjustments is preferred, and the ability to work 1 weekend per month and at least 4 holidays per year is required.
