Medical Records Clerk - Shared Services
About the role
The Medical Records Clerk provides complete medical charts to all requesting staff and ensures accurate, timely, and complete medical information is available within the medical record.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve and prepare medical charts for physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Ensure medical records are organized, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Process and maintain medical records according to established policies and procedures.
- Handle requests for medical records from various departments and external parties.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- 6 months Clerical and/or Receptionist experience.
