Medical Records
Position Summary
Maintain residents' medical records in accordance with Community policies as well as state and federal regulations. Handle and maintain patient medical records with confidentiality, accuracy, and respect at all times. Ensure that all medical information is filed correctly and up to date for the member’s continuity of care.
Education/Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent is required.
- Must have related administrative experience and/or experience as a Nursing Assistant or Nurse at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
- Must possess basic computer knowledge and ability to use / understand basic medical terminology with an aptitude to learn community software.
