What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

File & Store: Organize, store, and purge medical records following strict protocols and legal guidelines.
Locate & Audit: Retrieve files for authorized users and inspect records for accuracy, legibility, and proper placement.
Release Information: Process requests and release protected health information in full compliance with state and federal laws.
Manage Workflow: Handle the daily clerical distribution, filing, and routing of medical documents.
