About the role
The Resident Assistant, Memory Care NOC position at Spectrum Retirement Communities is a full-time role scheduled from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in the activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing, and maintaining a resident’s personal environment.
- Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
- Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
- Review and adhere to resident care plans as well as obtain vital signs.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
- A calm, helpful, and respectful countenance is appreciated.

Pay
The pay rate for this position is USD 16.00 - USD 18.00 per hour.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Full-time, NOC 7pm-7am.
